Log into your ARMOR-X account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring the product is securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
